Key Responsibilities

* You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
* Manage medication and ensure accurate documentation of interventions and progress notes.
* Build strong relationships with residents and their families through effective communication and empathy.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture by actively participating in training and professional development opportunities.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care and services.


Requirements

* A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and current registration with AHPRA.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals.
* Experience working in aged care or a related field, with a focus on holistic care and person-centered approaches.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
