The Co‑Group is currently recruiting staff across the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads regions to help support our clients. We are seeking Support Workers with experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL), along with strong skills in personal care and medication administration, for positions based in Coomera and Southport.
We are also looking for Support Workers in the Tweed Heads and Murwillumbah areas who have experience within the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors. Applicants with flexible availability are encouraged to apply, as we aim to match staff with a variety of client needs and schedules.
What you'll do:
✔️ Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance and client transport
✔️ Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
✔️ Provide direct support in a 1:1 & 2:1 capacity in accordance with the individual's care plan & PBSP
✔️ Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports
✔️ Follow company policies and procedures

- Valid Driver's Licence
- Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
- NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
- Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
- Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
- MUST be available to work a minimum of 4 days per week on an ongoing basis within the following time frames: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 2pm-6am (sleepover), 10pm-6am awake/active shift.
