Piling Rig Expert Required
We are seeking a skilled Piling Rig Operator to execute piling works, prepare projects and undertake groundwork as required.
* Operate the piling rig in all modes (CFA/cased CFA, bored piles/Kelly)
* Rigging and de-rigging of piling rigs for various drilling methods
* Execute piling tasks according to production schedules and sequences
* Maximise productive hours each shift
* Maintain safety standards while achieving production targets
* Participate in training and development of crew members
* Ensure equipment is clean, safe and well-maintained
* Complete daily reports to meet client requirements
To be successful, candidates must have experience with CFA and bored pile methods. They should plan work efficiently and take responsibility for success.
* Familiarity with piling operations from mobilisation to demobilisation
* Understanding of drill speeds and extraction rates
* Experience working in different ground conditions
* Ability to follow piling schedules and sequences
* Effective problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills with crew, clients, suppliers and others
* Demonstrated honesty and integrity in work practices
