About The Role
As Communications & Marketing Coordinator, you'll provide hands‐on support across a wide range of communications and marketing activities. You'll help bring campaigns to life, keep our channels moving, and ensure plans are delivered smoothly and on time. This is a practical, varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating activity, managing details, and working as part of a creative team.
Salary from $93,000 plus super.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns and activities.
* Creating engaging content for a range of internal and external channels.
* Managing and updating content calendars, websites and internal channels.
* Assisting with events and campaign logistics.
* Coordinating filming licence requests and supporting multimedia activity.
* Working collaboratively across the team to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement.
About You
You're organised, proactive and enjoy working across a range of tasks at once. You have a good eye for detail and a genuine interest in communications, marketing and storytelling. You're comfortable working with stakeholders and enjoy being part of a collaborative team.
Skills & Experience
* Tertiary qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline OR
* Experience in a communications, marketing or administration/coordinator role
* Experience managing digital channels or the ability to acquire it
* Experience in graphic design and/or end‐to‐end production of video (desirable)
