Responsibilities (Text Only)

- Planning and Engagement - Lead account planning as the industry expert, engaging closely with customers and partners.
- Provide clear perspectives on global industry trends and how they apply locally.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision makers to drive strategic alignment.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to customer business and technology goals.
- Coordinate stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure execution of joint plans.
- Sales Execution - Identify opportunities that address priority customer needs.
- Promote repeatable use cases and proven scenarios to drive scale.
- Shape current solution concepts with product teams when capability gaps exist.
- Lead strategic discussions with senior executives to define business outcomes.
- Create compelling value cases that support investment decisions and adoption of Microsoft solutions.
- Influence stakeholders through consultative engagement and credible industry expertise.
- Collaboration and Partner Management - Coordinate with strategy, delivery, and partner teams to develop and land opportunities.
- Strengthen partner relationships to expand solution availability and market reach.
- Share sales strategies and best practices to enable scalable customer success.
- Industry Expertise - Maintain current knowledge through required certifications and continuous learning.
- Share insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs.
- Provide informed recommendations that guide planning, execution, and solution development across teams.

Qualifications (Text Only)

- 10+ years of customer-facing experience in the Government, Transport or Utilities sectors, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Alternatively, 8+ years of customer facing experience in the Government, Transport or Utilities sectors, supported by a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
