We are looking for a passionate, empathetic Support Worker with a can-do attitude and positive growth mindset to join our vibrant team at Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Lifestyles, St. Ives on Permanent Part Time basis.

Your role centres on supporting people with disability to live meaningful lives, and actively drive their own decisions and goals.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting clients to build new skills through the delivery of person-centred, innovative programs such as arts & craft, music, health & fitness
- Assisting clients with mealtimes, personal care and medication
- Accompanying clients on community access, such as social events, recreation or sporting activities
- Supporting clients with transport e.g. using CPA minivan
**Requirements**:
- Available for a minimum of 3 to 5 days per week, 6 hours per day
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities to reach their goals
- Flexibility to work across different services, locations and teams within CPA Lifestyles e.g. 1-on-1 centre based and/or in community, including weekends and public holidays
- Any skills, passions or hobbies to share with our clients and team - to create new opportunities and programs
- Valid driver's license, preferred
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or a related field, preferred
