I am looking to speak with Site Managers from a fitout and refurbishment background who are confident running projects in a live environment. This builder has a huge pipeline of work for 2026 with projects kiking off in February and March in Western Sydney.
What you will be doing:
* Day to day management of site activities, subcontractors, and trades
* Delivery of works to programme, budget, and quality standards
* Managing refurb works within a live medical environment
* Ensure full WHS compliance, including site inductions, toolbox talks, and SWMS
* Coordination of inspections, approvals, and authority sign offs
* Liaison with the Project Manager, consultants, and client representatives
* Quality assurance, defect management, and handover coordination
What we are looking for:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or fit out projects
* Experience working in live environments, ideally medical or healthcare
* Strong knowledge of WHS and site compliance requirements
* Ability to manage tight programmes and staged handovers
* Excellent communication and subcontractor coordination skills
