Our client, a respected Melbourne-based law firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their growing practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in workplace relations to step into a supportive, professional environment.
What You'll Be Doing
 * Advising clients on workplace law, industrial relations, and employment contracts.
 * Representing clients in disputes and providing strategic legal solutions.
 * Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
 * Managing your own caseload while contributing to the firm's collaborative culture.
What We're Looking For
 * Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience in employment law.
 * Strong technical knowledge in workplace relations, unfair dismissal, and workplace disputes.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 * A proactive, client-focused approach.
