**The Company**
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Executive Assistant to support the senior leadership. The company is known for providing exceptional service to it's valued clients.
**The Role**
You will provide support to Senior Executives; managing business related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organising travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organisational tasks. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Preparing reports, memos, and other documents for meetings
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
- Basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
- Accurately recording minutes from meetings
- Greeting visitors and deciding if they should be able to meet with executives
- Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Reading and analysing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed
- Making travel arrangements for executives
- Organising itineraries and scheduled for executive visitors to Australia
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Provide general administrative support
**Skills and Experience**
- Prior experience of office management and executive administration supporting senior executives, ideally within a Financial Services company
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
