**Qualifications**:
- Sound knowledge of Xero **essential**:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience maintaining a CRM database
- Experience maintaining a company/shared mailbox an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office Suite & Adobe
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- High level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain relationships
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Current driver's license
- Understand NDIS legislation, price guide and rules a bonus, but not necessary
**As the Administration/Accounts Assistant, your role will include but not be limited to the following**:
- Assist in invoicing clients
- Create new clients in Xero
- Assist in maintaining accounts inbox
- Assist in maintaining accounting information in company CRM
- Assist the administration team with a range of administrative duties, including cross-training with other administration staff for leave relief
- Liaise with clients & stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain filing and record keeping systems ensuring all participant records are up to date and meet privacy, confidentiality and security standards
- Maintain rapport and build high quality professional relationships with participants and stakeholders, and liaise in a caring and professional manner
- Actively maintain professional knowledge in the areas of disability, working within the NDIS guidelines
- Engage and participate in ongoing review of accounting & administrative operations for continuous improvement of overall service delivery
