Property Management Opportunity
This is a challenging and dynamic role where you will have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio. You will be responsible for all facets of property management, including tenant and landlord communication, lease renewals, maintenance coordination, compliance, and trust accounting processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in property management, strong organisational and time management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and high attention to detail.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in property management (Minimum 1 year as a Property Manager or 2+ years in a Leasing Role)
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* High attention to detail
* Current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (NSW)
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
