My client is an accounting firm who is seeking an Office Administrator / Client Services Coordinator near Dandenong. This innovative boutique firm service a diverse client base of SMEs, start ups, investments, family groups and high net wealth individuals.
Working in a business support team, you'll be liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities of the role include:
* Monitor outgoing correspondence to clients ensuring compliance with company procedures
* Manage lodgments for the ATO regarding tax returns, FBTs and BASs
* Collate financial reports
* Reception duties
* Filing, scanning, emailing and posting of documents
* Provide overall admin support to the Accounting team when required
* Liaising with the ATO to assist with client payments
Applicants:
* Must have previous Accounting Admin experience & willing to do reception
* Experience with accounting software
* Strong IT and Microsoft Suite proficiency
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
