Project Lead
This role is ideal for an experienced Project Manager seeking a challenging opportunity to lead high-quality documentation and project delivery.
About the Role:
* Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and ensure timely updates as projects progress.
* Manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring projects meet quality, time, and resource constraints.
* Produce accurate and concise reports on project progress.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve delivery tasks and milestones.
* Demonstrate expertise in change management and project planning, analyzing complex issues and associated risks and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure initiatives are effectively assessed through stakeholder engagement, delivering strategically aligned functional solutions.
2. Prepare thorough project plans, schedule, and maintain these to reflect changes as projects progress.
3. Manage risks and issues, and project changes.
4. Produce accurate, succinct, and high-quality reports on project progress.
5. Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal rework required.
Requirements:
* Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager with substantial bodies-of-work in the health sector.
* Demonstrable high level of ability and qualification in project management.
* Demonstration of appreciation for PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies and Agile work practices.
* Demonstratable experience working with Project Tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
* Demonstrable ability to work as part of a larger team with competing priorities while maintaining focus on core deliverables.
