Job Overview

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to collaborate with a team of experienced professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality project results.

The ideal candidate will be client-focused, able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong problem-solving skills.


Main Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and team members.
* Assist in preparing weekly union payrolls.
* Maintain office supplies for the project site.
* Ensure accurate tracking of change orders, RFI's, and submittal packages.
* Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the team.


Key Qualifications

* Adept at problem-solving and issue resolution.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Viewpoint construction management software.
