Responsibilities
Join our experienced Pharmacy team at Greenslopes Private Hospital on a full time permanent basis. As an Experienced Oncology Pharmacist you will provide mentorship, guidance and support the Oncology pharmacy team to
* Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinaryteam and patients receiving cancer treatment;
* Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
* Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations.
* Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.
What you'll bring
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
* Previous experience is oncology pharmacy
* Experience in using CHARM software (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
