We are seeking a Maintenance Planner, to work for one of our clients, a construction/facilities company based in Bunbury, WA.
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the effective cut helps with planning and scheduling of tradespeople and contractors for both reactive and planned maintenance activities. This role will also coordinate closely with Project Management to support large‐scale works, ensure accurate and timely job documentation, and assist with job дзі closure to enable prompt invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule all maintenance works to optimise resources, workflow and technician productivity.
* Manage the daily scheduling calendar and maintain accurate job and customer records in Ascora.
* Review open and completed jobs to ensure accuracy and readiness for invoicing.
* Coordinate quotations, client updates, purchase orders and supplier invoices.
* Assist with OH&S coordination and technician support.
* Schedule statutory inspections and maintain asset and compliance records.
* Monitor materials and supplier activity and coordinate weekend/on‐call rosters.
* Provide weekly operational reporting as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Certificate in Business Administration or similar
* Previous experience in trades or construction industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using job management software (e.g., Ascora)
What's On Offer
* A salary of $85 - $90,000 + super open to negotiation depending on experience.
* Monday to Friday, permanent position.
