Overview
Assistant Store Manager (Fulfilment Manager) | Dan Murphy's Byford – responsible for managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on inventory management, stock control, and operational exposure across the store.
Responsibilities
* Help build a culture centred around people development and create excitement about inventory control and stock movement
* Create team succession plans and deliver regular training to the store team to inspire continuous improvement
* Coach and mentor the team to achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
* Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs for key store events and peak trade periods to support revenue growth
* Foster an inclusive environment where diversity contributes to a positive culture
