Lightwave Yachts is a family-owned company of over 30 years specialising in the construction of Luxury Catamarans & composite parts. Located in Yatala, we have just finished the construction of purpose-built manufacturing facility offering a safe & productive working environment.

About the Role:
We are seeking motivated, hard-working and loyal people to join our talented team of boat builders. Being a smaller boat building company, each team member has to opportunity to be involved in every stage of the build giving them the opportunity to constantly learn new skills. These include:
* Fibreglass manufacturing (laminating, construction and assembly)
* Fibreglass gelcoat detailing
* Interior Painting
* Exterior fit out (deck fittings, glazing, rigging)
* Interior fit out (timber work, upholstery, plumbing, engineering)
About you:
You may be a boat builder, shipwright, coach or caravan builder, composite fibreglass technician, tradesperson, trade assistant or cabinet maker. Experience in boat building is preferred, however, applicants with similar experience (construction / manufacturing / production) are encouraged to apply.
The successful applicants MUST have their own form of transport, be reliable, willing to learn & have a great attention to detail.
