The Role
As Project Coordinator, you'll drive day-to-day project delivery with a mix of planning, administration, and hands-on coordination. You will:
Coordinate project activities including scheduling, labour planning, and installation support.
Manage project documentation such as variations, progress claims, subcontractor claims, and EOT requests.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional results.
Review drawings, prepare take-offs, support drafting, and assist production and site preparation.
Monitor project progress through reporting, analysis, and compliance with safety standards.
Support Project Supervisors on both residential and commercial projects.
The Person
We're looking for a proactive, organised, and confident team player with:
Experience in construction, glazing, façades, or a similar industry, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships across teams and clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing software; basic CAD skills are a bonus.
Excellent planning, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
A current driver's licence and White Card; relevant construction-related qualifications are advantageous.
Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Carpentry, or Glass & Glazing are a plus—but not essential for the right candidate.
