As a Contract Development and Project Supervision professional, you will oversee building capital works projects with significant financial stakes. Your responsibility will be to ensure that these projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Requirements
* Possess a trade certificate in a relevant field
* Demonstrated project management skills and experience in municipal works
* Certificate IV – Building and Construction or equivalent qualification
* Sound knowledge of tendering procedures
* Proven ability to supervise staff
* Strong leadership qualities and capacity for accountability
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety Legislation
* General Induction Card in WHS
* A valid New South Wales driver's license
