As a Roster Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting workforce operations by managing rosters and responding to real‐time workforce needs. You'll work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact for roster and HR‐related queries. In this fast‐paced environment, you'll help ensure service delivery runs smoothly while maintaining compliance and accuracy. Your work will directly support teams delivering essential services across the community.
Responsibilities
* Managing roster updates to meet compliance requirements.
* Coordinating and triaging workforce management and HR queries.
* Monitoring ticketing systems to ensure timely and accurate responses.
* Communicating with stakeholders to resolve roster and system enquiries.
* Supporting shift coverage and workforce planning activities.
* Maintaining data accuracy across workforce systems.
Qualifications
* Experience in workforce planning, rostering, admin or customer service roles.
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Confidence using systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* Clear and professional communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure.
* A proactive, team‐focused approach with a strong sense of accountability.
