Employee Wellbeing Officer
This is a permanent part-time position offered for 3 days a week. Your journey with Feros will commence with an extensive training and orientation session to support you in your new role.
The Role:
Our client remains at the centre of their journey, thanks to your guidance.
1. You will develop comprehensive care plans and coordinate a multidisciplinary team for the delivery of in-home therapy, services, and equipment.
2. Manage and coordinate the day-to-day delivery of care for clients, including managing their individualized budgets.
Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health (with relevant registration) are desired.
* Previous Case Management experience (Community and Aged Care experience highly desirable).
* A strong ability to develop and maintain networks with internal and external stakeholders.
* A current driver's license and comfort traveling throughout the region each day.
* Covid-19 vaccination is required.
