We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to take full ownership of our House store in Wendouree. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, develop your team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This role operates on a fortnightly rotating roster.
What you’ll be doing
* Owning store performance and achieving sales, budget and KPI targets
* Leading from the floor and setting the standard for customer service
* Coaching, developing and motivating your Assistant Manager and team
* Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
* Managing stock control, deliveries, stocktakes and inventory accuracy
* Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation meet brand standards
* Overseeing rosters, store administration and data integrity
* Maintaining a safe, compliant and well‑presented store environment
About you
* Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and control costs
* Confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example
* Passionate about customer experience and team development
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
