We're seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Operators to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. You'll play a key part in ensuring stock is handled accurately, efficiently, and safely every day.
About the Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you'll be involved in the day-to-day movement and management of goods within our warehouse. From receiving incoming stock to preparing outgoing orders, your work will directly contribute to maintaining a high-performing and organised operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, check, store, and dispatch stock in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocktakes and stock control processes
* Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (LF Licence required)
* Pick and pack orders according to company standards
* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with workplace health and safety regulations
* Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily operational targets
What We're Looking For
* Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
* Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not required
* Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
