The Chef Manager is responsible for leading the facilities dietary and catering function, ensuring high-quality food service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage food preparation, presentation, and serving of meals and mid-meals while maintaining food safety standards.
* Clean kitchen areas regularly according to schedule and Food Safety Plan.
* Assist Senior Management with budgeting for food and labour costs to achieve hotel services targets.
* Order, deliver, store, and manage food stock control processes.
* Communicate with customers about catering services, addressing issues promptly, and professionally managing feedback.
* Lead and supervise cook team activities daily.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate:
* A Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
* Demonstrated commercial catering or aged-care food services experience.
* At least one year of relevant experience.
* Familiarity with State Food Safe Regulations.
* Ability to motivate staff positively and enhance team performance.
* Good communication skills.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
* Professional presentation.
* Mandatory Seasonal Flu Vaccination and COVID Vaccination.
