About the Role
Working closely with the Director, your responsibilities will initially include:
* Preparing AGM agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, and documentation
* Assisting with budgets, reports, and general administration
* Liaising with owners, tenants, contractors, insurers, and councils of owners
* Coordinating maintenance requests, quotes, and work orders
* Supporting insurance claims and project coordination
* Learning company systems, legislation, and operational processes
As your experience develops, you will progressively:
* Attend and assist with AGMs and council meetings
* Build confidence in client communication and meeting facilitation
* Take ownership of smaller buildings and a growing SoR portfolio
* Develop into a fully‐fledged Strata Manager with long‐term career opportunities

* Real estate administrator/receptionist with strong organisational and communication skills
* Assistant Strata Manager looking to grow your career
* Property Manager/Assistant, Leasing Consultant, or real estate professional looking to transition into strata
