Operations Manager – (Commercial Construction)
A leading construction subcontractor in WA's commercial construction sector is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale roofing projects across the state.
You'll be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple commercial projects.
Lead and coordinate office staff, supervisors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and supplier rebate initiatives.
Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
Maintain quality control standards through inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.
Build and nurture strong client relationships through excellent service and communication.
Lead teams with clear KPIs, regular reviews, and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
About You
Proven experience managing operations or projects in commercial construction, roofing, or related industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and quality control.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
