ASPECT Studios is hiring across Australia
We are looking for landscape architects (or architects with an interest in contributing to landscape projects) with up to 3 or 4 years of experience to join one of our Australian studios. You might be in Perth / Brisbane / Adelaide or located in Melbourne / Sydney – as part of our One Studio model, we aren't bound by borders as we collaborate on projects both locally and internationally.
Our studios are open to a range of different working arrangements, including full time, part time, fixed term, or casual. Whether you're looking for your next career step, returning to work after a break, relocating, or even on a shorter-term working holiday visa – we want to hear from you.
The Practice
ASPECT Studios is a purpose orientated, design led landscape architecture and urban design practice. With operations across Australia, Asia, the UK, and the Middle East, our studios believe in the power of design to positively change people's behaviour and lives, the environment, and the planet. We are seeking to becomeleaders in regenerative design, going beyond sustainability and harm minimisation, to enhance and repair our natural world and our communities.
Sydney Studio
Our team believes in the importance or creating a studio environment where an openness to new ideas and collaboration sits in partnership with deep knowledge and expertise. The Sydney studio is located in the heart of Redfern, is easily accessible by public transport, and is surrounded by parks and open spaces. The open-plan studio is a beautiful space to work.

The Role
To deliver on a diverse range of landscape and urban design works over the coming months, we're seeking talented and passionate designers, at the Graduate or Landscape Architect level.
Key for the successful candidates will be:
* At least one full year of experience in landscape architecture roles, to enable you to hit the ground running as we ramp up our project resourcing,
* A strong portfolio that demonstrates exceptional visual communication,
* High level of production capability, with proficiency in REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign / Photoshop), Rhino, Lumion, Enscape and more,
* Knowledge of sustainable / nature positive design and construction (highly considered),
* A passion for inclusive design and innovation, and
* Degree qualification(s) in Landscape Architecture / Urban Design, or equivalent (required).
We're looking for people who love what they do.
If you're a graduate, you'll bring strong software skills and a desire to take up the learning opportunities around you.
If you're an LA, you'll be able to hit the ground running as you contribute to or lead the design and documentation of landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction.
