Service Co Ordinator:
Floyd Industries is a leading provider of Electrical, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration services across Northeast Victoria. We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Service Co-Ordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance customer satisfaction with effective scheduling and team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate incoming service requests and schedule technician visits to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Manage customer communications with professionalism, clarity and care.
* Work closely with technicians to ensure timely job completion, accurate documentation and follow up actions.
* Maintain comprehensive service records and customer information within our job management system.
* Manage materials and parts to support scheduled works.
* Assist the Service Manager with workflow organisation, client outcomes and supporting overall service performance.
About You
* 2–3 years' experience in customer service or a coordination role, preferably within trades, maintenance, or technical services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, technicians and suppliers.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks.
* Confident using job management software and Microsoft Office applications.
* A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team environment.
