About the Opportunity
We are looking to fill a full‐time permanent relief customer service role in our South Region (Kyogle, Casino, Ballina, Evans Head & Grafton). The role will provide assistance across the branch network in a relief capacity with access to claim kilometres for travel within the region. A current motor vehicle licence and personal vehicle are required.
You will provide superior service that meets the needs of our valued customers by delivering retail banking and lending products through various channels, including phone and email. Supporting our local community, you will be the first point of contact for customers when they walk into our branches, delivering impactful customer experience that leads to enduring relationships.
While a background in banking is not essential, most important is that your personal values align with our culture; possessing a positive can‐do attitude and a commitment to genuine and meaningful conversations with the ability to link customer needs to the features and benefits of the most appropriate solutions.
A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Banker (Banking Advisor)
* Provide exceptional customer service.
* Provide relief to branches within our South Region.
* Open accounts and assist customers with their current accounts face‐to‐face.
* Have meaningful conversations to provide the best outcome for customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.
* Be brave and work with customers to set goals for aspirational financial targets.
* Stay connected with current and prospecting customers via phone and email.
* Receive support from team and Manager.
* Receive ongoing support and development during our extensive 4‐week Induction and 6‐month Probation Period.
* Receive coaching from Manager and regular monthly catch‐ups.
