We are seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to join a high-performing, Property-Management–only business with three offices across Newcastle. You will take on the relationship management of a residential portfolio (approx. 200 properties), tailored to your experience. Strong support is provided, including a Property Management Assistant, Property Associates for inspections, plus admin and accounts teams.
Generous hourly rate + Company Car (or car allowance)

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approx. 200 residential properties
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and routine / ingoing / outgoing inspections (with support)
Oversee lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears management
Handle escalations and provide exceptional customer service
Ensure compliance with NSW legislation and agency policies
Collaborate with internal support teams to deliver a seamless service
Experience & Qualifications
Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential
Must hold a Certificate of Registration (COR) or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
Strong communication, time management and problem-solving skills
