About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant to join Rehab Management in Deakin, ACT. In this role, you will assess, plan and deliver specialist assessment and case management services to support clients in recovering from injury or illness, reducing injury risk and achieving timely and sustainable health and work outcomes.
You will manage a mixed caseload of rehabilitation assessments, specific services and case management files across workers compensation, CTP, Comcare or related schemes, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and meeting quality and compliance standards.

* $75,000 - $95,000 per annum + superannuation (top of range for experienced candidates)

About You:
* Recognised tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Osteopathy
* Current full membership with relevant professional association
* Demonstrated experience in occupational rehabilitation is essential (workers compensation, Comcare, CTP or income protection)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing
* Strong decision making, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service, time management and organisational skills
* Intermediate computer literacy
* Current and valid Australian driver's licence
* Willingness to complete mandatory checks including Police Check and Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check
* Valid working rights in Australia
