Robert Half is partnered with one of our key clients going through an infrastructure uplift, and they are looking for an experienced infrastructure/ systems engineer to assist with service desk operations. In this role, you will be responsible for: Analyse and manage incidents, service requests, and tickets. Troubleshoot and remediate infrastructure and system issues. Support change control processes and coordinate with key stakeholders. Perform CVE remediation and patch management activities. Administer and support a Windows server environment. Monitor network alerts and respond to infrastructure incidents. Details: Working hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday in the office Working in a Microsoft & Windows 10/11 environment Fulltime contract of 38 hours/ week Possibility of extension Requirements: Australian working rights required (no sponsorship provided). Previous experience in infrastructure/ systems administration with a strong focus on Windows technologies. Decent knowledge in Windows server, virtualization and networking. A problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
