Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinical staff
* Mentor and coach team members to ensure a skilled workforce
* Travel regularly to remote locations within the NT, involving driving a 4WD and flying in single-engine aircraft

Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing with current unrestricted registration
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
* Experience as a preceptor/mentor/coach using contemporary education methods
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in a multidisciplinary environment
* Ability to develop and evaluate education activities based on adult learning principles
* Knowledge of nursing scope of practice, delegation, and supervision
* Current driver's license and willingness to travel to remote NT areas, including long drives and overnight stays
