Key Responsibilities
* Leading Projects: You will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. You will lead the project team and be accountable for the project scope and deliverables.
* Communication: Building strong relationships with all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed, and ensuring that everyone is aligned.
* Organisation: Managing multiple project schedules, timelines, priorities, and deliverables, and tracking progress to ensure the project stays on track.
* Problem-Solving: Identifying potential issues before they become problems and finding solutions quickly and effectively.
* Analytical: Process analysis – Translating business requirements into design and development to ensure quality deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst, ideally with experience in the food manufacturing sector. Experience with ERP implementation will be highly regarded.
* Organisation Skills: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Problem-Solving: Extensive background in business analysis and proactive approach to problem-solving, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex issues.
