Project Safety Lead
Zenergy’s partnership with a nationally based Tier 2 construction company involves hiring a contracted Project Safety Lead to oversee one of their projects in Bendigo.
The Project Safety Lead will manage construction projects autonomously, reporting to the Head of Safety in Queensland.
The build involves refrigerated paneling, concreters, earthworks, electrical works, and other tasks, requiring a deep understanding of high-risk safety, contractor management, and construction.
About This Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals to take on a leadership position in managing complex construction projects.
We are seeking individuals with extensive knowledge in occupational health, safety, environment (HSEQ), and who have successfully managed teams or worked autonomously in previous roles.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Extensive knowledge of HSEQ principles and practices
* Demonstrated experience in managing construction projects
* A strong understanding of risk management and mitigation strategies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
