Across: Seniors Living, Children, Youth & Families, Social Housing & Corporate functions Reporting to the General Manager, People & Culture, you will: Lead a small HR team and partner with executives and Service Managers Drive workforce strategy, leadership development, and organisational uplift Champion smarter HR practices through data insights and tech adoption You’ll balance strategic workforce leadership with practical, hands-on HR support across diverse operational sites. What You’ll Be Driving Advise on organisational structure, workforce planning, and change Coach leaders across ER, IR, OHS, risk, and performance management Lead grievance management, Awards and EBA advice, and union negotiations Build and implement HR solutions, policies, and process improvements Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and engagement initiatives Coach HR Advisors to uplift capability Leverage workforce analytics to inform strategic decisions Travel to service sites in Queensland and Victoria as required What You’ll Bring Senior HR partnering experience in multi-site or complex environments Proven leadership of HR teams and advisory excellence Strong ER/IR, workforce planning, and organisational design expertise Skilled in Excel, HR systems, and workforce data analysis Relevant degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent experience Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate Salary Sacrifice (not only for cars) As a not-for-profit entity, our employees can package up to $18,549 p.a. of their taxable income before your income tax is calculated.
