Job Description:As a Bartender at Hecho en Mexico, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will have in-depth knowledge of our drink menu, including our signature cocktails, and be able to craft each drink with precision and creativity. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized bar area and provide friendly and efficient service to all customers.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
* Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all drinks.
* Provide excellent customer service and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and cleaning glassware and bar equipment.
* Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and alcohol-serving regulations.
* Take drink orders and make them accurately and efficiently.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth service.
* Manage bar inventory and report any shortages or maintenance needs.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role is preferred.
* Knowledge of generic cocktail recipes, drink preparation, and bar equipment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Must be of legal drinking age.
* Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
