About the Roles
We are currently recruiting for two permanent, full-time roles based in Moe ideal for candidates with a manufacturing, construction or similar trades background.
Factory Hand / Stone Mason
Operating hand tools and machinery
Measuring and cutting materials with precision
Assisting in the production of custom stone products
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Saw Operator
Operating saw machinery for cutting stone and other materials
Ensuring accuracy and consistency in cuts
Performing routine maintenance on equipment
Following safety procedures and production schedules
Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

You
You're a reliable, physically fit individual who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team. You bring a stable employment history, having worked in construction, cabinet making, panel beating, or other trades. Your transferable skills and willingness to learn will set you up for success.
You'll ideally have
Experience using hand tools and machinery
Manual driver's licence and/or forklift licence (preferred)
White card (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Willingness to learn and develop new skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Good physical fitness – ability to lift, stand for extended periods, and operate machinery safely
