On behalf of a global fintech company, we're looking for a
high-ownership, detail-driven operator
to support and run the engine room of a People & Culture function in a growing, fast-paced environment.
This is a
backend, systems-led role
for someone who values
mastery
, enjoys building repeatable processes, and takes pride in making complex operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
What you'll do
* Administer and continuously improve core HR systems (BambooHR, Greenhouse, Acorn)
* Draft employment contracts and maintain high-quality HR documentation
* Prepare and process remuneration and role changes for approval
* Own onboarding, probation, and employee lifecycle workflows
* Support performance processes and maintain clean, reliable people data
* Be a trusted first point of contact for HR operations queries
What we're looking for
* 3+ years' experience in HR Ops, People Ops, or an adjacent operations role
(e.g. executive assistant, operations, finance, or tech environments)
* Strong hands-on experience owning at least one system or operational workflow
* Someone who learns systems deeply, spots inefficiencies, and fixes them
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities
* Thrives in fast-moving teams where follow-through matters
