We are seeking an energetic and confident team player to join our weekend farmers market crew. As a key member of our sales team, you will be at the heart of the market action, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
**Job Description:**
• Greet customers and build rapport
• Showcase and recommend premium grass-fed meat products
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and answer questions
• Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing market stall
• Set up and pack down professional market stalls
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions with confidence
• Assist with towing trailers and manoeuvring equipment (for experienced drivers)
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or food industry
• Ability to communicate confidently and build quick rapport with customers
• Physical stamina to handle manual work and lift gear up to 20kg
• Manual driver's licence (preferred) for trailer towing responsibilities
• Calm and reliable under pressure, with excellent time management skills
