Ag Sales Operations Lead
The successful Ag Sales Operations Lead will lead the operational and sales functions of our agricultural rental and procurement business, overseeing product management, procurement, sales operations, and administration.
* Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with seasonal demand and operational goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and customers.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, delivery schedules, and order processing to ensure uninterrupted supply.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support product selection and pricing decisions.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in agribusiness or a related field.
* Extensive experience in agricultural procurement or sales operations, ideally within large-scale farming.
* Strong knowledge of agricultural inputs, market dynamics, and farming practices.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement platforms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
