The Opportunity As the Portfolio Governance & Reporting Lead role in the Portfolio Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the governance cadences that underpin effective portfolio management run smoothly, consistently, and with purpose — from setting agendas and coordinating diaries through to capturing decisions, following up on actions, and keeping stakeholders informed. Reporting to the GM of Portfolio Management, you will operate as an individual contributor who plays a key role in producing the portfolio reporting that keeps Executive and Board level stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and outcomes. The ideal candidate is a clear and organised communicator, comfortable working with structured information and translating it into concise, professional reporting outputs, including in Jira and Confluence as well as Powerpoint. This person is highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build deep expertise in governance, reporting, and portfolio management within a dynamic and collaborative team. You will work closely with the Transformation team in Transformation Delivery, Value Acceleration and Change. What you'll be responsible forThe key responsibilities of the role are listed below. [Own] and manage the end-to-end governance cadence for the Portfolio Management function, ensuring the governance calendar is set and diarized, agendas are clear in advance, meeting notes are taken and distributed and actions are followed up [Support] stakeholder communications and updates including the preparation and distribution of portfolio layer updates to key stakeholders between governance forums, coordinate with Portfolio Management Business Partners to gather status updates and reporting inputs [Execute] portfolio reporting including production of weekly, monthly and quarterly Executive and Board reporting, working with Business Partners and business stakeholders [Own] portfolio governance and reporting administration in Jira and Confluence including maintaining Jira boards and portfolio layer tracking hygiene, supporting Business Partners by maintaining quality, providing guidance and support to team members on usage and best practice [Support] general overall coordination of the portfolio management business partners and GM with the business functions [Support] the continuous improvement of the portfolio management across the business by championing best practices and proactively identifying opportunities to improve What you'll bring to the roleThis role requires a highly organized and detail oriented individual with a strong sense of ownership over outputs. This person is proactive and self-motivated, able to manage recurring responsibilities independently without close supervision. Minimum 2+ years' experience in a coordination, governance, reporting, or program support role.; Bachelor's degree required. Demonstrated experience managing meeting cadences, setting agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with hands‐on experience maintaining boards, pages, and documentation. Experience producing structured reports or communications for a professional audience. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well‐organised documents and summaries. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
