Full‐time Handyperson $30 per hour. Monday – Friday 6:30am – 3pm (no weekend work). Small diverse team. Must be an Australian citizen to be considered.
Position
- Liaise with facility management contractors
- Minor painting, plumbing & maintenance
- Minor site grounds & garden upkeep
- Reporting process of any maintenance in the building
- Perform ADHOC duties required by managers
- Provide flexible & responsive handyperson service to facility & surroundings
- Adhere to all safety & security policies and procedures
- Plan & execute tasks safely & efficiently
- Good communication skills with staff, client and tradesmen
- Basic computer skills
Person
- Physically fit & reliable
- Experience in general maintenance & gardening
- Comfortable undertaking random drug tests on site
- Current driver's license and own transport
- Good knowledge of power tools & gardening equipment
- Team player and flexible to work in all departments
- Must supply a National Police Clearance
