Java Full Stack Developer

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications in a fast‐paced delivery environment. In this role, you will work across backend and frontend technologies, focusing on Java and AWS‐based solutions. You'll collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and continuously improve development practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and related technologies.
* Build and manage cloud‐based solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
* Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining coding standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
* Maintain and update technical documentation, including design artefacts and code changes.
* Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve development practices.
What You'll Need
* Strong experience with Java (Java 8 or higher) in enterprise environments.
* Proven hands‐on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
* Experience with front‐end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
* Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices‐based architectures.
* Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
