About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity to step into retail leadership, working closely with the Store Manager and Area Leader to drive store success. You will play a key role in developing team capability, improving store performance metrics, and creating an engaging and high-performing store environment.
Both part-time and full-time arrangements are considered.
Key Responsibilities
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members to achieve KPIs and personal goals
* Support initiatives to improve EBIT, NPS, engagement, ATV, and conversion rates
* Deliver engaging and consistent customer experiences aligned with brand standards
* Assist with daily store operations including rosters, onboarding, and financial performance
* Drive sales initiatives while managing costs to maximise store profitability
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture
* Promote and maintain a strong safety-first environment
About You
* Previous retail leadership or management experience (preferred)
* Strong people leadership and coaching skills
* Commercially minded with the ability to drive results
* Passionate about customer experience and home design
* Confident problem-solver with initiative and accountability
