Our Graduate Program focuses on developing early career talent to help us deliver tomorrows high-tech solutions. Over an 18-month development program you will engage in on-the-job training, mentoring, a graduate project and structured learning modules.
ABOUT THE ROLE
* Execute a variety of activities across systems and software engineering.
* Participate in the development of product specifications and design documentation.
* Understanding and analysing customer requirements
* Actively pursue professional development to maintain and grow your capability as an Engineer.
* Producing engineering reports, specification and design documents
* Effectively planning and executing activities ensuring projects keep to time
ABOUT YOU
* Recently graduated with a Degree in Software, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline (graduated by end of 2026).
* A 'can do' approach with a focus on achieving project milestones and deadlines.
* You easily build relationships and have strong communications skills both written and verbal
* Self-motivated, proactive, detail orientated and organised.
AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY
A Defence security clearance is required for this role.
