We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of the electrical engineering scope, leading delivery across a range of complex, multi‐disciplinary projects. You will play a critical role in shaping project outcomes, providing technical leadership across feasibility, detailed engineering, and delivery phases. This is an opportunity to lead a high‐performing team while contributing to technically challenging and impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the electrical engineering scope across feasibility and detailed design phases
* Prepare and review technical deliverables including specifications and design reports
* Contribute to capital cost estimates and project schedules
* Provide technical support during construction and commissioning
* Collaborate with multi‐disciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes
* Mentor and develop junior and emerging engineers within the team
* Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes, standards, and internal procedures
* Champion a strong safety culture across all work activities

About You

You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering and bring experience aligned with CPEng‐level capability. You have strong knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a track record of delivering compliant, high‐quality engineering outcomes. You are an effective communicator who can engage confidently with clients and stakeholders, and you bring demonstrated leadership capability with a focus on team development, safety, and continuous improvement.
