Key responsibilities include:
* Performing systems engineering and project tasks across acquisition and implementation phases in line with safety and system management frameworks
* Participating in engineering review gates to ensure technical quality and readiness
* Creating, updating and reviewing engineering artefacts that support program delivery
* Supporting design, development, testing, installation and verification activities across the program lifecycle
* Supporting site installation, set‑to‑work, testing and verification at operational tower locations

* Identifying and communicating program risks to maintain safety and delivery integrity
What you'll need to succeed
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory for security clearance)
* Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
* Strong systems engineering experience across complex technology programs
* Familiarity with safety, system management and engineering governance frameworks
* Experience supporting design, testing, installation and verification activities in large‑scale technical environments
* Confidence working across multidisciplinary teams and contributing to high‑stakes national infrastructure projects
What you'll get in return
* A 24‑month engagement contributing to a nationally significant aviation program
* $1100/day including superannuation
* Opportunities in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney
