Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional customer experience through personalised service and product knowledge.
* Lead by example in customer care, sales techniques, visual merchandise standards and staff presentation standards to maximise sales potential.
* Achieve sales targets by converting customers, resolving complaints, and processing payments accurately.
* Responsible for the operational management of the boutique – ensuring high standards in health and safety, facilities, policies and procedures, and back-office operations.
* Responsible for increasing the VIP customer base and nurturing relationships with all VIP customers, ensuring they are kept informed of new products, upcoming sale activity, and VIP events.
* Communicate effectively with the management team, providing updates and feedback.
* Manage financial aspects including budgets, KPIs, banking, and expense monitoring.
* Administer daily reports, manage stock control, and ensure administrative tasks are completed promptly.
* To be aware of market trends, understand forthcoming customer initiatives.
* Develop and mentor boutique team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
* Recruit and train high-calibre staff, conduct performance appraisals, and establish succession plans.
* Plan and execute in-store activations and attend training sessions as required.
